Andrey Semerikov

Andrei Semerikov has headed the Russian Cable Television Association, which represents the interests of telecoms operators, since 2008.

Since 2006 he has been the General Director of ER-Telecom Holding (a telecom operator in Russia’s major regions, offering cable television, telephony and internet services). Over 1999-2000, he worked as the General Director of the ER group of companies engaged in internet and mobile services.

Mr. Semerikov has experience working at a number of research institutes and enterprises involved in telephone technology and data transmission systems.

He graduated from the Perm Polytechnic Institute with a degree in electrical engineering.
